Dental Model is a super-fast, high-precision, and high-accuracy resin. Print crisp margins and contacts within ±35 microns with matte surface finish and golden-brown color make it easy to switch from analog to digital model production. The low viscosity of the liquid material allows for quick and easy cleanup of the models.

GINGIVA MASK

SuperFast® Water Washable Resin for Flexible Models.

LuDentTM GINGIVA MASK is an water washable resin optimized for flexible 3D-printed models that can be used in combination with DENTAL MODEL resin. This makes it possible to print parts that need a certain flexibility, such as gingiva mask on implant models. It’s a super-fast curing time allow for 1.0 sec per layer print with monochrome LCD printer and DLP. It features a shore A hardness of 62, easy to grind if needed, tear-resistant, and silicone-free. The low viscosity of the liquid material allows for quick and easy cleanup of the prints. It makes it easy to design highly detailed gingiva masks with clearly visible contours and emergence profiles.

DENTAL CASTABLE

SuperFast® Wax-Filled Resin for High-Precision Casting Models.

LuDentTM DENTAL CASTABLE is a wax-filled resin optimized for manufacturing of 3D-printed models for investment metal casting. Suitable for printing all types of models including jewelry. DC is a super-fast, high-precision, and high-accuracy resin casting with zero ash content and clean. Print crisp margins and contacts within ±35 microns with matte surface finish. The low viscosity of the liquid material allows for quick and easy cleanup of the prints.

SuperFast® Resin for High-Precision Dental Surgical Guide.

LuDentTM SURGICAL GUIDE is a Class I certified tough resin optimized for high-precision 3D printing surgical guides for implant. It is a biocompatible resin for applications including 3D printing surgical guides for implant placement. Developed specifically for LCD 3D printers and rigorously tested with solvents, and implant systems. In addition, the material can also be sterilized using standard plasma and alcohol protocols. The low viscosity of the liquid material allows for quick and easy cleanup of the surgical guides.
